2017 Maui Real Estate Market Stats

    The annual Median Price Change for 2017 of single-family homes in Maui declined slightly by -0.8% to $695,000.

    For December 2017 the median price of single-family homes dipped slightly -0.8% to $695,500. Single-family home sales increased -10.2% last month to 88 sales from 98 in December 2016.

    December 2017 condominium sales jumped 14.0% to 138 sales, from 121 in December 2016, with the price increasing +7.1% percent to $440,000.

    For the entire year of 2017, single-family home sales increased slightly +2.1% to 1,099 sales, while the median price jumped +8.8% to $695,000.

    Condominium sales increased +10.8% percent with 1,451 units sold. The median price of Maui condos increased +7.2% percent to $445,000.
