Anyone following the real estate market on Maui knows that it’s a sellers market. Prices are up and inventory is low. The first quarter statistics are in, courtesy of Fidelity National Title and Escrow of Hawaiiand they show the number home sales are down 5% from last year at this time and the median home price is up 15%. The median home price has increased from $610,000 in 2016 to $699,000 in the first quarter of 2017.
The following is a hand selected list of single family homes on the island of Maui which are below the median home price of $699,000. There was no specific criteria for the properties I have chosen other than being under the median home price and being new listings within 30 days of May, 3, 2017.
