A new affordable housing development is slated
to offer new construction for county residents, starting in the high $200,000s, with their first phase of building.This is an exciting opportunity for first time home buyers and families to own their own home on Maui!
Final floor plans for the 2 and 3 bedroom units are expected to be released soon pending final approvals, and all units are expected to have their own yard. The development will be located mauka of the Pi’ilani Highway just north of the Hale Pi’ilani subdivision.
