According to statistics released by the Realtors Association of Maui, condominium prices rose 27% in February compared to the same period last year, and single-family homes prices rose 7%.
In February 2013 the median price of a Maui condominium was $354,950 compared to $287,000 last year, and the median price of a single-family home was $550,000 compared to $513,000 last year.
Prices on Maui are most definitely moving up, and this trend is expected to continue during 2013. If you’re considering buying a home or condo you’ll want to take advantage of the market soon.
