Last
week I previewed a sleek contemporary Maui Launiupoko view home at sunset. The home, the decor, the layout and sunset were exquisite. Launiupoko listings agents hosted a sunset brokers open showcasing homes for sale in Launiupoko.
My personal favorite was 122 East Huapala Place. This 4 Bedroom 4 bath house has 3135 sq. ft. of interior and sits at the
top of Launiopoko with sweeping views of the Pacific ocean, Lanai, and Kahoolawe. There are year-round sunsets to die for. This is new home built in 2016 and has never been lived in and is being sold completely furnished down to the teaspoon. It’s ready
to move into and minutes to the beach. The Launiupoko community has hiking and biking trails throughout.
